Same vineyard as the Green Room. Organic vineyard planted 1946. The fruit is hand picked; picked ‘early’ for ‘pink berries’ and high acidity, plus tannin. Skin contact to get the blush in the wine, some destemmed, some wholebunch, then hangs out in old barrels to do wild ferment. Surf on.
