The youngster trio of winemakers comprises Liam van Pelt (he of the cocktail named after him at Wine Library in Sydney), Vanesa Robson and Andrew Ramsey. Small batch winemaking to the fore, hands-off in the process. This sees some whole bunch, old oak and natural yeast ferment to get to bottle.
