Jeff Byrne does the winemaking across the suite of brands Audrey Wilkinson, Cockfighter’s Ghost and Pooles Rock. This is the McLaren Vale single vineyard 2016 release of shiraz from the well-loved brand, despite its (the brands) origins being in the Hunter Valley.
