Blends of cabernet sauvignon and sangiovese should be major players in Australian wine but they’re bit players at best. Pity. This version is from the Willunga and Blewitt Springs sub-regions of McLaren Vale. 65% cabernet sauvignon. Sees all French oak, old and new.
